Donna idea’s denim tip - Ware Denim with flare
DONNA IDA THORNTON, a denim (1) connoisseur (2), has been giving us lessons in what jean styles are set to be big for fall / winter 2011-12.

Skinny Jeans
Thornton has founded a chain of chic denim stores, and last week re-launched the brand’s online store. Through its Denim Clinic customers can learn demonstrating (12) how to shop from for different body shapes by videos teaching, and see Donna herself giving advice on which jeans suit each person best.

Although Mother and Fidelity are Thornton's new denim names to look out for, she admits (13) she finds her inspiration from fashion icons of the Sixties. "I love old school - I always look to pictures of Jackie O and Brigitte Bardot for inspiration (14)," she said. "For modern day, I love how Claudia Schiffer wears her jeans - with just a twist of freshness. Kate Moss is the queen of cool - if you're looking at yourself in a pair of skinnies (15) and wondering about your outfit just look in the mirror and ask yourself - 'would Kate wear this?'"
